Framing Suggestion

With the right choice of frame, your new print will look like you’ve spent a fortune. All you need is an off-white mountboard and a simple charcoal-grey frame and this drawing will look fantastic.

This is my top-tip. Make sure the aperture of the card is bigger all-round than the size of the picture. Leave at least a 5mm border.

For added ‘oomph’ ask your framer to use black-core mountboard. Instead of a white border, it creates a black bevel which makes the drawing stand out. It’s ‘class’ without the cost.

Now buy a ready-made frame. This print will work with a 40cm x 50cm or 16″ x 20″ pre-made frame. You only need a framer to add the mount for you. Job done.
