I am confident that any physical item I send out to my customers is in top condition and will exceed your expectations. If for any reason that is not the case, I will replace or refund the item.
My refund and returns policy last for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Non-returnable items include digital products and downloads:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
To complete your return/refund, I require proof of purchase.
Please do not return the item unless you have contacted me first. My return address may change. I might be away traveling and unable to accept your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
